“Will not buy tickets from this company anymore. I found this fare on Kayak. I made a mistake at booking and I needed to make a change to a date later. I called in within 10 minutes. The person made the change but said that the airline fares went up from the online quote. $300 I reluctantly agreed even though I was lookin at the fare for the next day online and I did not see any changes in price. Then my credit card was declined (It was a $4,000 purchase) and I had to confirm with the credit card that the purchase was legitimate. But when I called back to tell them to process the charge one more time the same person told me that the fares went up again so I would have to pay another $200. I told him that I just gave him $300 and I can't pay anymore and to cancel. He then said that he would ask his supervisor to see if they had any vouchers. After a while on hold he returned and said that he was able to apply vouchers so I did not have to pay more. Anyhow, After reviewing all the charges, The original additional $300 actually went into their pockets (it was not for an increased fare) so they paid themselves $500 and the rest was pending with the airline. I called them back and they tried to give me a bunch of excuses like they had to make the change so is a cost and the flight was shorter. After asking them to cancel they gave me back $150. Basically they screwed me with $150.”

“Cheap flights prices for flights are super low & economic. I had accidentally booked the wrong flight & when I called for assistance the personnel was amazing. They helped me sort things out & even called me back when my 1st card didn’t go through. They made sure I would get my flights for the price is was before it went up. I would recommend them to anyone. A lot of times these 3rd party companies are very rude but not cheap flights they provided Amazing customer service.”

“I feel like I was scammed. Completed all the info to purchase the flight. Would not confirm with Spirit. Second attempt the cost my carry on almost doulbled. Second attempt failed. Call Cheap Flights agent who told me the price had gone up another $134. Last seat availible I was told. A $234 ticket ended up costing $538. A major bait and switch! The company has offered to resolve this with a partial refund which shows an effort to make right the wrong so I will upgrade my rating to 3 stars. Upon actually recieving the refund I will make a note to award a higher rating. Ok, so after offering a partial refund if I would upgrade my rating nothing has been done on the part of Cheapflightfares to resolve anything. Famous last words, "You can trust me" NOT! Scammers and then also liars. STAY AWAY!”
