“I bought a flight ticket, VERY CORDIAL AND VERY GOOD SERVICE , I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN ! I have changed my review from bad to good with the promise to get $75 in a voucher. Still waiting for the voucher in the mail ! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !BAD BUSINESS!”

“Was not able to speak with a representative to cancel my flight. Was dialing the 24/7 helpline number. The following day was able to speak with someone. Received a follow up call from someone to make sure the issue is resolved.”
