There was no savings using cheap flights whatsoever. It was cheaper to book the flight directly through United. Unfortunately, I figured that out after I had completed my booking. Because they hit you with so many fees. Pick a pick a seat fee and every seat on the plane had a price. that's ridiculous. There's even a fee to get an electronic ticket.

Great experience until 24 hours after I made a purchase with Cheap Flights. I got 4 emails the next night, enough spamming my inbox please. I don't want to unsubscribe cause I might need notification on any changes, wth people, now I'm writing this review and giving you 3 stars because of it.

My card declined on Monday so I had to wait til Tuesday to finalize my flight. I had to pay $121 more because it was hours after. I don’t think it should have changed that much. Especially if the only reason was my card declined because my financial thought it was a fraudulent purchase. I have the money to pay for the flight.

I booked a roundtrip ticket from SFO-Beijing. On your website, it shows " Free cancellation within 24 hours". I called back to cancel it within 1 hour, an agent refused to cancel and asked for $250 fee. I called back again within 2 hours, another agent refused to cancel and asked for $75 fee. Based on website, agent fee should be $5-$15, not $75/$250. I tried to cancel “Korean air” ticket since their seat fee is too expensive, then order on your website for ANA (All Nippon Airways) with cheap seat fee. So you still make money on my booking ticket. I do not understand why your agents refuse to cancel my ticket free charge. Anyway, it took me 3 hours on the phone without cancelling my ticket. I have to give up. It is sooooo bad experience/frustration to cancel ticket. I almost try to sue you. Please follow " Free cancellation within 24 hours" policy on your website to cancel tickets for customers in the future. ==================10/34/2023======================== Thanks, Lauren Smith for calling me back and she told me seat selection is never required. I thought seat selection was required before, so I wasted extra $200 to select seats. I google online and confirmed seat selection is just an option. -------------------------------------------------------- Can airlines force you to buy a seat? Even if an airline's website makes it appear that you have to pay extra for a seat, you are never required to choose a specific seat and can always opt to decline seat selection in lieu of a FREE seat assignment during check-in. ------------------------------------------------- I can only give 2*, not 5* for this service. The reasons are below. 1: On your website, it shows "Free cancellation within 24 hours". I also called about this policy, and agents confirmed it is free cancellation by booking “Korean air” ticket. So I think I am safe to book and cancel within 24 hours. This is a false statement. On your website, you should change " Cancellation within 24 hours with Fee", then people will think twice before booking tickets. Customers can sue or dispute the fee you charged for "Free cancellation within 24 hours". 2: all agents online should get the training aboutt seat selection is just an option. If customers complain high fee for seat selection within 24 hours, you should help them to remove seat selection, then you don’t need to cancel their booking tickets and save money for them. 3: “Korean air”/ ANA tickets are

Easy to navigate the site. The fares were the best of all of these companies on the internet. The add ons are ridiculous prices, but that's what the airlines charge. Customer representatives on the phone were very difficult to understand.

Bought a ticket weeks in advance got a great deal. Got a confirmation and e-ticket, printed it out. Woke whole family up at 3:30am to drop off my husband. Booking had been canceled. Airline said payment didn’t go thru cheap flights said the payment was refunded. We had money in every account no one emailed us, called us or anything about insufficient funds or payment rejected. Would have been more than happy to fix anything if I had been aware that something didn’t go thru but they excepted my payment.

Trying to get the monthly installments Was rejected which it difficult to travel in an emergency situation. Had to pay the full amount if I couldn’t i would of not been able to get the great price it would of been double and lost a customer

After buying my ticket I received a message saying the price was higher. To keep me the agent said he will offer me free luggage, but you charged me for the luggage. Someone was supposed to call me back regarding this issue, I never really a call back!

custmomer service is horrible and they are not friendly. I called within second of purchasing the ticket realizing I only booked a one way trip and I needed a round trip and they wanted to charge me doble what the first ticket cost DONT USE THIS SITE.
