“I bought a return ticket from Newark to Las Vegas. I paid extra for assigning my seat on window, but the airlines did not give me the seat claiming you did not book it for me. United service sucks and does not know how to attend and serve customers. Seems you messed up during reserving my flight. Thanks Cheap flights for calling and trying to resolve the issue. Seems like you did your job right but United messed up. I am happy with you for calling back to apologise and giving the refund. Good job”

“Easy to use. My debit card didn’t go thru, I was sent a text, called and they sent me a link to retry. I had put the incorrect expiration date down. The man helping me was very efficient and nice!!”

“I have 3 pending charges on my credit card because of this site. 2 from you and 1 from my airline. I also have 2 fees that were not made clear to me before I completed the transaction and I don’t know why they are separate charges or why I even have to pay you a fee when I booked the flight myself. You also shouldn’t be holding money from the customer just wait for your money from American Airlines! I’m not responsible for making sure you get paid, I’m laying the airline for the service of a flight, not you.”

This is the first time I came across the CFF offer, and I was surprised that their offer was very attractive, and I was also surprised that I never saw their offers before. “Cost me double due to a computer error, no customer service, no sympathy, never again through cheapflightsfares.com avoid! UPDATE: Cheapflightsfares called to make things right. “The flight fee itself is not bad. I had difficulty finding and obtaining handicapped assistance. I certainly hope that I am not hit with another fee for this request. I have a TBI and have trouble with verbal or written instructions. Since traveling alone and having to negotiate a layover in a very large airport will be impossible for me without a knowledgeable guide to stay with me.”
