“price was ok. Site was a little cumbersome. I needed the airline codes to get my seats. I called. A nice person took my data and said he'd be back with the codes. It seemed to take longer than I thought. When he came back he said my seats would cost an additional $400. and he'd be happy to help me. I was skeptical as I had Business and first class seats, so I just asked for the codes for the 2 airlines and thanked him. I told him I'm more comfortable doing it on my own. He didn't resist. Cost for seats:$00.00. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Now I lack trust for Cheap Flights.”

“My final deal was perfect however it wasn’t my first booking. After I booked and it is confirmed in writing, I was called to say there was a problem with one flight and they could fix it and improve the one stop with a nonstop. They asked for $1100 more I said no. Asked for my money back. Got a call from their resolution person who worked it out. Not sure what happened but I have suspicions. Wouldn’t you?”

“They deivered exactly what they said they would deliver. In our case, it was discounted international flights. The only shortfall was that it took almost 12 hours before the tickets were confirmed which created a little stress since cancelation window is 24 hrs; and after reading some of the questionable reviews, I was anxious thinking that I had made the wrong choice. Fortunately, I was able to use a pay later option which provided some assurance in case there was problem at least I'd have some recourse. But I worried for nothing because everything went exactly as planned.”

“While the prices are great it's hard to manage my booking myself which I am used to. Don't like that so gave you a 4*. Plus I can't print my own boarding passes. If I want to make changes I have to call which for me his an inconvenience”

“Very easy to work with. I did not observe making my reservation that I did not include a carry on. Had to call customer service to rectify that. Easy to fix and quick. Will use again.”

“I selected this flight managed by cheapflights using KAYAK. I immediately got a 20 dollar discount. But then, i wasn't getting e-ticket confirmation. (Another flight I booked that same day with United using Kayak immedialy sent an e-ticket confirmation). I called Cheap Flight; and was told that it wasnt sending the-ticket because I didn't pay enough; and Cheap flights charged me another $23. THEN I rec'd the e-ticket confirmation. This process is clearly a scam by Cheap Flights. Cheap Flight also sent 2 different confirmation codes. Cheap flights didn't makeit clearwhich one I needed to use on the Frontier Airlines w\app. So I ahd to call cheap flight again to have this explained to me.”

“At the time of flight ticket purchase, our credit card was declined due to an extra fraud security. when we tried to call back, the ticket agent told us that we had a price increase. After on hold for a long time, they finally allowed us to keep the original price. It was explained to us that the airline increased the price and that Cheap Flights management agreed to absorb the cost difference. I’m glad they gave it to us for the original price.”

“It took hours to receive my etickets, not just a few minutes, as indicated on the confirmation email. However, I cant complaint! I called they said the prices from the airline had increased, but they were willing to help me, they fix the issue and I finally received the etickets on the original date and price. as requested.”
