Horrible way to book your flight. Charge you a lot of money to cancel flights with in 12 hours. Do your self a favor don't use these people. You can do it directly from the airline site.

They don’t offer any refund if you have to cancel your flight. Try to get your tickets from the airline directly and you’ll have better control over any situation it may force you to change or cancel your booking. But cheap o air it just a cheep way to deal with customers and they are not cheap. STAY AWAY

I tried ticket for Casablanca Lisbon Boston tour, price show$1140, I booked and next payment page it tells me PRICE WENT UP $1540. I tried 4 different flights, same thing. They advertised wrong. Will not use them. Go orbitz or some other.

Cheap0air airline is not good. I have bad experience. My Mom has flight from ktm Nepal to SFO. She has transit in Dubai. I bought tickets with wheel chair. Because she cannot speak English. In Dubai airport nobody help her she lost. We called to airline but nobody help us. They are so rude also.

This website is a scam. Do NOT book anything from these guys. I spoke with over 10 “customer service reps” who are essentially a bunch of scammers. These people are all based off in India with phone a number that seems to be US-based, however, your call will land in India. If you made the same mistake that I did, good luck getting any services or you money back.

I canceled a flight before the 24-hour window, they charged me the cancelation fee which I understand. I only received part of the initial refund, and a month later I am still waiting for the rest I called, and they told me to email the latest card statement, and I did. I got an email that it had been escalated: a week later I got another email asking for my bank statement again in the same email chain. I called and I got the same answer it has been escalated, no resolution so far.

I fly several times a month. I have recently book two flights with CheapOair. The first one, the dates were change during the booking process. The second one, my last name was missed spelled and they wanted to charge $50 to correct it. I refused the charge and called the airline and they did it for free. I have never had these issues before. I feel this site had something to do with it to charge for corrections or to make changes. I will never use their site again.

Very bad customer service. They were unable to do a simple task of changing the dates of the ticket after giving them 3 days. Their phone connection is also very bad as the customer service from different parts of the world is not working properly.

Scammers. They try to rip you off. I ma not getting my money back for unused flight overseas. You have to talk to multiple agents and every agent tries to give you highest price. Mu suggestion is: Try to avoid this company if you can.

Worst company ever had a passing a signed up an pay extra for insurance. They gave the run around. Talked to supervisor Charlie about getting refund he said send picture of obituary. I did still no refund. I would not use this company it is a scam.

After booking the flight, i have to change the schedule due to untoward incident, Earlier when i asked about their policy they said it will 151 dollars per ticket and if there is any difference of fare when you travel, but now when i am trying to ask for the same, they 151 dollars + fare difference (In actually terms there is no fare difference on the cheapoair site website only) but they say that is only for new booking for old booking whatever price we have in our inventory I.e. is nothing but whatever the price we quote. This is disappointing if they don't want to do like that, they should change their policy, not sure why the claim if they can't fulfill. Pathetic experience.

I booked my flight with you guys thinking I was in good hands. The day I booked my flight I didn't notice that my card was declined only for my luggage. On my way to the airport my Uber driver got into a minor car accident which made me miss my flight. When I arrived at the airport I went to the deltas counter and they mentioned my card had declined for the luggage and also had missed my flight so.. they said that I could fly the very next day for a fee of $100 which would include my luggage fee. It's been 2 months and you guys have been trying to charge my card every single day which I don't know why and finally yesterday you guys finally charged my card $50 and then $30 which that's considered theft cause I had already paid delta airlines that and when I called the lady was really rude and said that I will never get my money back . That's called theft and I am going to make sure the public on social media including the TV lets the world know how you guys robbed people and will never stop until you guys are destroyed and my attorney is already going to send you a letter on this situation and the embarrassment cheapoair made me go through when I try to buy food and my card got declined cause cheapoair decided to steal my money with no reason .
