I bought a ticket with you and on the same day, that is, 4 or 5 hours after making the purchase, I called you canceling the reservation since I had an emergency family news where you asked me for documentation to issue said refund on the same day at only 4 a.m. 5 hours to see the reservation made that all airlines once issue a ticket you can cancel before 24 hours and they will refund it. What you did not want to do was cancel the ticket in fact after sending the documentation the boking continued as If I had not made the cancellation request both on your part and on the part of the LATAM airline, I was communicating practically every day before the flight, that is, I was aware of it for more than 15 days and they never removed the reservation from their systems, I was like If nothing had happened when, from the same day I made the reservation, I canceled it. For me, I feel cheated because after a while you simply disagree that the airline did not accept the refund request. Your payment information is screwed so I'm going to report it publicly everywhere I can and on all relevant channels I don't see it as fair
