"I had a fantastic experience with the Customer Success Team, specifically Jett and Reilly. I was initially confused about the correct type of police check needed for my citizenship application, and they quickly clarified that I required a federal police check, not just a standard police check. They were incredibly helpful and, to my surprise and delight, immediately processed a full refund of my payment. Their prompt and accurate assistance saved me a lot of time and potential frustration. This website is absolutely unreliable , don’t believe what you read that they will get a report to you in a day absolutely incorrect, and way over priced ! Have them all my details and proof of identity in 6 different forms of ID and they still couldn’t get it right !!! Go with another company

Being treated like a criminal 5 documents stating my middle name is MARIA, including my mothers death certificate RIP 2024 and her Will. I only have one document that has Mary, in my culture Maria is Mary, I get called both. So why is it I have a document from Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission that Acknowledges my primary middle name is MARIA and Alias being MARY! Of which I have previously sent to Checked.Com. How is it only (1) document with Mary is such a big issue? I’ve provided numerous documents with middle name being Maria and as mentioned in my culture Mary or Maria are the same.

Slow, asking for far more ID than is needed. Paid for fast return - 1hour. That was 3 days and about 20 emails / texts ago. They ask for so much extra info, signatures... and then didn't like my signature which has to be digital and match the one done on paper from passport / drivers lic. Such a pain in the .... slow, asking for far more info than the nsw police do for the same thing. I would never use them again.

Oliver rang me back in a timely manner, was pleasant and exceeded my expectations for the call. He listened well, progressed the issue and got a police check result within moments. It was it was extremely helpful to speak with him, and his confidence in the process, reviews and other problems/resolutions made me happy to have spoken with him in person. Online chat, when people are multi-tasking, is inefficient and inspires little confidence. It’s a problem for checked to address: trying to limit customers to online chat damages confidence in checked and its processes. You’ve asked your staff to divide their time between different tasks, and it shows. It damages confidence in checked’s capabilities and customer service. Thank you Oliver - have a lovely week.

Great service by everyone involved in the processing. Luc, Isabella and Tino were very prompt in doing their parts in the processing. Paid $75.00 for the service, and it is fully worth it. There is also a AFP online site which says a processing time of 15 days. for a fee of $55.00. My application was processed within 24 hours.

I was forced by Mable to use this company even though I had a perfectly legitimate and current police check done with another company I regularly use (Mable won't accept any other companies now). Mable told me that this check could be used anywhere which is fine if you actually received your copy. So one year on, I need it for another company, wasn't sent my copy originally and I have searched emails, downloads and documents; emailed them to ask for my copy to be told after three months they can't assist due to government regulations. So looks like I'm going to have to pay all over again to get one via my original preferred company. It should have been valid for three years. Waiting to see if Mable can provide me a copy of MY certificate. Don't understand why Mable will only accept this company unless it's a side spinner for them financially. Feels scammy and removes your choice and control.

It took a while to process my application and my emails were getting sent back and forwards without identifying the problem. After requesting a call back from checked support team, Oliver contacted me and was very helpful and was able to complete the process asap.
