Being treated like a criminal 5 documents stating my middle name is MARIA, including my mothers death certificate RIP 2024 and her Will. I only have one document that has Mary, in my culture Maria is Mary, I get called both. So why is it I have a document from Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission that Acknowledges my primary middle name is MARIA and Alias being MARY! Of which I have previously sent to Checked.Com. How is it only (1) document with Mary is such a big issue? I’ve provided numerous documents with middle name being Maria and as mentioned in my culture Mary or Maria are the same.

Even though I discontinued my police check, the fee is still showing as ‘pending’ in my bank account- rip off

Slow, asking for far more ID than is needed. Paid for fast return - 1hour. That was 3 days and about 20 emails / texts ago. They ask for so much extra info, signatures... and then didn't like my signature which has to be digital and match the one done on paper from passport / drivers lic. Such a pain in the .... slow, asking for far more info than the nsw police do for the same thing. I would never use them again.

Oliver rang me back in a timely manner, was pleasant and exceeded my expectations for the call. He listened well, progressed the issue and got a police check result within moments. It was it was extremely helpful to speak with him, and his confidence in the process, reviews and other problems/resolutions made me happy to have spoken with him in person. Online chat, when people are multi-tasking, is inefficient and inspires little confidence. It’s a problem for checked to address: trying to limit customers to online chat damages confidence in checked and its processes. You’ve asked your staff to divide their time between different tasks, and it shows. It damages confidence in checked’s capabilities and customer service. Thank you Oliver - have a lovely week.

Great service by everyone involved in the processing. Luc, Isabella and Tino were very prompt in doing their parts in the processing. Paid $75.00 for the service, and it is fully worth it. There is also a AFP online site which says a processing time of 15 days. for a fee of $55.00. My application was processed within 24 hours.

I was forced by Mable to use this company even though I had a perfectly legitimate and current police check done with another company I regularly use (Mable won't accept any other companies now). Mable told me that this check could be used anywhere which is fine if you actually received your copy. So one year on, I need it for another company, wasn't sent my copy originally and I have searched emails, downloads and documents; emailed them to ask for my copy to be told after three months they can't assist due to government regulations. So looks like I'm going to have to pay all over again to get one via my original preferred company. It should have been valid for three years. Waiting to see if Mable can provide me a copy of MY certificate. Don't understand why Mable will only accept this company unless it's a side spinner for them financially. Feels scammy and removes your choice and control.

It took a while to process my application and my emails were getting sent back and forwards without identifying the problem. After requesting a call back from checked support team, Oliver contacted me and was very helpful and was able to complete the process asap.

It did take a while to process However having paid an extra fee for a mailed hard Copy which never came Chelsea was very helpful & sorted it out .

I applied for a National Police Check via the Checked.com.au website. The website is easy to use, and the price is very reasonable indeed. Because I use an e-passport, I was unsure about some of the details I had to upload. As a retired person this can become a nightmare - but the Customer Success Team contacted me within minutes and notwithstanding the 30 minutes or so this required, they remained patient, courteous and focused and talked me through the process, to the end. The initial responder and the other team members, named Luc, Liam, Jett provided the best customer service I have experienced ever - without exception. A very impressive team delivering a quality outcome. Highly recommended!

ANY GOOD REVIEW ON HERE IS A TOTAL SCAM. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER A THING AND ONLY AFTER YOU PAY DO YOU FIND OUT THAT YOU WONT EVEN GET THE RESULT BACK!!!!

They have turned very dodgy. STAY AWAY. They guarantee the 1 hour for the $51 then have a hidden charge for it. Then when you lodge they make up so BS to say its going to take 5 working days due to needing to be manually checked. You cannont contact them via phone. Will be taking these dodgy practices further.

They make you pay before they tell you that they can't do what they promise which is a 24-hour police check send three emails asking for a refund was never contacted by them again

Very unprofessional. Paid for an express service 67$ instead of 51. The express is “guaranteed” on the application form. Didn’t get it within an hour or a day or 3 days. I tried calling them but an answering message says to do online chat. Tried that, but no one can help. They said they would refund the 15$ for the express service but refused to refund the rest. They say 15days is what I must wait. It’s no use to me in 15 days I need the report NOW that’s why I went to them and paid the extra for guaranteed 1 hour. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Any other positive reviews are robot generated. Look how similar they all are. Had to give one star because it wouldn’t allow Zero, they deserve minus 5. They are a scam…. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They are a fraud. Do not use them. You can thank me later
