“My interaction was with Stephanie and she was so very helpful and polite. It would have been nice to chat to her on the phone but she responded very quickly to the online chat and was very prompt in providing me with an answer. The price is extremely reasonable compared with other online NPCs and the turn around time was really fast which was awesome!”

“I have 527 support workers that I'm following up on. Stephanie and Dami have been a great help by giving me a brief update on each of the applications within a quick turnaround of only a couple of minutes....This way we can update our records and send a chase email to the support workers.”
