I have been ignored by customer service and was told twice my case would be passed on to a supervisor. But no refund yet! Checkers send me coupons that I don’t use and coupons will not rectify you greed and disrespectfulness. I was my refund.”
“90% of the time their ice cream is sour in most of their locations or they do not have it available. though it's a good price, it's a waste of your money when you have to throw it out due to the sourness (possibly bad milk) of the taste.

I find the work ethic of ALL LEVELS of CHECKERS staff to be most unprofessional. Customer service is rock bottom from top down! Floor staff have never heead of this concept it seems!..
Always have to double check the price of each product as the shelf price and grams weight at fruit n veg is inaccurate or not congruent with till price . Recently i was charde over R100 for 4 bananas! Mistake made by floor staff weighing product! To get the mistake attended to and rectified took > 30 minutes.. and then with a huff from staff. Altogether wary of CHECKERS!!
And as for the 60/60 scooter people with total disregard for Traffic rules .. iwonder whether they have legitimate, legal drivers licences¿

“I kmow I was over charges today. I had somewlse on my mind when she told me the price because I handed her a 20 bill for a 2 for 4.50 cheeseburger . I Didn't get a receipt for my purchase and didn't want to hold the line for a little difference. Either Checkers left out something I had ordered OR this time I had ordered a Strawberry Milkshake!! Instead of my Milkshake! They sent me a Strawberry Drink!

iM REWARDS member i get discounts when i make purchases. I had terrible experience at 1205 Monticello, Norfolk, VA i was trying to purchase BOGO double Bufford burger through my reward app. but manger didn't want to honor that saying you come all the time for discounts sound like he was disturb that it bother him that im saving $$$$ such a hater, then i realize the manager block me from getting any specials n discounts from rewards app. i file case to corporate n they not doing nothing about this incident, don't return my call, not getting back with me n etc. So, i have solution to all this madness i wont support them or boycott them, n slip on some bad reviews about them because they need to be expose i don't want anyone else to go through this terrible experience. i will never go back!”

“I went to your Checkers location on Wednesday night around 11:15 pm,On Grand River near Southfield Fwy.I ordered A large Triple Big Buford meal,and cheese sticks,I recieved A Small cheese burger ,not the triple I ordered,no way the employee didn't know this was A small burger,Fies were fine,the cheese sticks I could have left there at the store,And the coke I ordered was just water and ice,I didn't eat the meal be asue I felt I would end up sick, Either the soda issue was intentional or that drink had been sitting for A lengthy amount of time.I paid almost 17 dollars for this meal to be.highly.disappointed.I just departed from working A 12 hours shift and this wasn't what I expect to spend my hard earned money on....I sorry but this is unacceptable by any standards...”
