“Twice now I placed an order, even went for the expediated delivery, a week later I go to tracking the order and it hadn't even shipped yet. I called support and they told me they were out of one of the flavors I had ordered, I told them I didn't care about the flavor only the effect. and they changed my order to a flavor on hand and shipped it out. “I placed an order on July 5, 2025. Called to inquire about my order on July 28 because I noticed it had not shipped. I did receive a return call telling me the product I ordered was out of stock. This was not noted on the website anywhere, if it were I would not have ordered it. Fast forward to today August 6, only 2 items from my ordr have shipped. The "out of stock" item that I paid for has not yet shipped. The worst part is htat there has been no communication from the company regarding this matter !”
