“Placed an order on the 6th. Tracking showed no movement of the package. Still waiting to be picked up on the 12th. Sent an email to support on the 12th and never received a response and as of the 15th tracking still says the package is waiting to be picked up by USPS. Would like my money back if I’m not going to receive the product but can’t get anyone at “support” to answer me….kinda sketchy now…pretty sad, I was really excited to try the product and wanted to support Cheech and Chong…”

As far as subscriptions, I can see the sense in it as the prices are great. I just don’t care to pay that much at one time, and I do get annoyed when checking out on your sites.
