“I survived a catastrophic motorcycle accident 2 years ago and I'm still dealing with surgeries. I HATE pain pills and try not to use them or any synthetics if possible. I tried the Cruise gummies and I have to say they helped me with the nagging pain as well as allowed me to get a full night's rest. And when you sleep, you heal.
I started with 1 gummy as suggested but have moved to 4 per night when needed, otherwise, 2 will do fine.
Two gummies will help with sleep. I gave a pack to my friend who has been having horrible trouble sleeping (and he has a medical card) and these worked the first night he tried them (he took 2).
Not everyone's metabolism is the same so follow the directions and go slow.
