I wish I read the reviews before i ordered. Received the item with a huge burning stain and when contacted them via chat, they said will refund, then it never happened, second time, they told me to return the item. I tried to do it via online, do not work.... contacted them again, they said will send me email with the return airway bill. as usual, it did not happen as well.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The quality of Nike kits are extremely bad! Also this year they have been sending small written names on the back and a huge number which looks so bad. I am shocked how Nike uses such a bad material as kits are so expensive. Attached are photos to compare last year printing and this year printings.

I ordered a black shirt and after a week it never arrived. I had to use their chat who apologised etc etc and PROMISED it would arrive in two days. Well it never arrived again. When i had a chat again they said they would resend, even though it was never sent! I said i will never order again, then they offered me a 10% off my next order, yes really. Then they advised it would arrive in another 10 days!!!! I asked for a refund and this will take 2-7 days. During the chat they kept asking the same questions as if they were not reading the ones sent. I have since ordered this from another site, finger crossed. KEEP AWAY DO NOT ORDER.

Wishing to possibly purchase a duffle bag online, I used their chat facilities to ask what its dimensions might be. (BTW What retailer would advertise a "large" bag without giving dimensions in its description?) Was told I would need to create an online account before they could look up the product dimensions! Amateurs!

Absolute rubbish service. I wish I’d read reviews before ordering a 23/24 home shirt with printing and patches for my son’s birthday. I ordered the shirt on November 19th for the birthday on November 26th. The last excuse e-mail was received on November 24th. I’ve just fired one off and they’ve offered me my money back??? The problem, as always, is outsourcing. Never works. These Fanatics monkeys might well bang on about operating in 180-odd countries and handling ‘X’ number of clubs/organisations, but they should concentrate on getting it right for one club before getting overly ambitious. Mind you, how difficult can it be to slap a name, number and patches on a shirt and bung it in the post? Apparently, very. And it’s not exactly cheap, is it. I wonder if the football club realise how much damage these people are doing to their image? I promise to ensure that they find out.

Ordered the new Chelsea home shirt, typical they only had the expensive one in my size so I bought the better quality one and got it sign written with Terry 26 on the back. After that the shirt and delivery the cost was £150 fine. It’s expensive but il treat myself to a nice new shirt. Haven’t done it in a while. Delivery 3-5 days fine cool I’m happy. I ordered it on the 11th of September and it only just got delivered on the 12th of October. I highly recommend that nobody uses that site to buy anything and would say to go to the stadium instead. Il never do it again and because it got delayed so long I got 55% discounts codes but I will never use them ever. (If you want them Dm my instagram) kieranpodesta.

So here’s the thing, make your own mind up about it! I ordered a chelsea 3rd kit with my grandsons name and number on it for his birthday. It cost £74.90 with delivery. The delivery date was 2-4 days as stated by email. Now I find it’s estimated at 3rd of October! I contacted them by live chat. A lovely girl typically said there was nothing she could do and the delay was because of the customising.. why wasn’t that pointed out at any stage prior to the Order being placed I said. She said sorry. It’s borderline fraudulent! They know exactly what they are doing snd they know most people would wait nearly a month so guess what… they don’t tell you. I’ve supported chelsea all of my 61 years and the disappointment with them all round has peaked this very day! My advice… don’t buy it from here unless you are happy to be a month ahead of the game !

Ordered 3 home tops and shorts on 24th August which stated 8 business day. 4 weeks later and I still haven’t received my order, with 2 children asking daily if their kits have arrived. Spoke to customer service and no indication when they will arrive.

I ordered a goalkeeper kit first day of release. It said it takes ships 8-12 days. Then I get a email saying there has been a delay and it will take another week or two to ship. Then a day ago I got another email saying iys been delayed again and they have no idea. Typical fanatics they are the most incompetent company in the entire world. Please never buy anything from here.

Absolute S**t show !! Pre ordered the new Chelsea socks & shorts ( adult size ) for my grandson on 20/08/23. Was advised upon ordering delivery would be 8 days. Socks arrived so far but no shorts. Tracking now says 13/09/23. I have now had to pay out for other gifts to replace the missing kit for his big day! My son also ordered the shirt which arrived yesterday to complete the kit and it arrived with the box perforation open ( Late also ) so was lucky the shirt hadn't been stolen or slipped out. I had web chatted about my part of the order only to be told a warehouse move was to blame. I was given this story on a previous occasion buying from the online store a while back ! This will be the last time I use them. Try investing in your merchandise section as freely as you do on your players !

Still owe me over $100 over 3 items I’ve never gotten. At this point I’d rather just eat the money and bang my head on the wall then deal with their customer service that’s basically non existent. Sucks bc I’d love to buy Chelsea products but this website make it a truly awful experience.

I've been a victim as well of their bad service and it is my first time to order online, I'm really disappointed :( placed an order last March 2023 and until to this date (almost 2 months) I haven't receive my purchased items. I've been saving money just to buy the items and this is what they did, hoping that the management would take action and take it seriously... this is not the only page with bad reviews against them I looked into. We've been exchanging e-mails also regarding the update of the shipment and yet I'm not satisfied with the details, I even asked them to check with Shipping Company.

Awful customer service. Waiting for a refund which apparently won’t be happening because they sent me back my sons tracksuit!!!! Which I’ve not received. No one tells you the same answer. DONT waste your money.

International customers beware. My order never made it so I requested a refund. After being told my refund was confirmed by a customer service rep, it never came. Had I not circled back they would have kept my money. Their customer service is a joke and I would advise going elsewhere.

I placed an order online and paid for it in November 2022 and it is January 23rd 2023 and I still haven't received my order. I have contacted the store several times by phone, to the point now where they hang up on me. I have emailed several times and every so often they reply - really bad customer service and I will never recommend buying directly for the megastore

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered to posters and one arrived no problem . The other I am still waiting for. I sent an email two weeks ago and they said it would be here in a few days. Still hasn't arrived and I followed up with another email only to be told that the email address I am using is not the one used when I ordered, which is completely incorrect. Appalling customer service and the most useless company I have ever dealt with.

One star is way too generous. They sent me a vastly different shirt from what I had ordered. Their robotic chat was entirely useless anytime day or night.They answered an email telling me that it "appeared" that the wrong shirt was sent and to wait a few hours for a free return. It's now been five weeks. All my emails have gone unanswered. I've wasted $114 and am stuck with a useless shirt. This is, by far, the. worst customer service imaginable.
