“Ich bestelle seit + 11/2Jahren monatlich min. 1mal und es gab bis jetzt noch kein Problem mit ihnen, verloren gegangene Orders werden zu 100% ersetzt. Fragt man nach einem Sample bekomme ich sehr selten mal eines, da könnten sie etwas Freizügiger sein. Aber wenn ich 5g bestelle bekomme ich (und der Rest auch denke ich) immer ca. 5,5g. Auch bei anderen Mengen bekomme ich immer etwas mehr als bestellt.
Qualität ist auch immer im mittleren bis vorderen Feld.
Aber "rein" sind sie dennoch nicht seit Sientific Innovation "down" ging kam mir kein Vendor mehr mit 99% iger Reinheit an.
Aber da der Preis nicht hoch ist und man einige Chem's ja waschen kann übernehme ich das reinigen selbst, wenn möglich...”
“With ChemCloud, you're treated like family. Their prices are unbeatable and they always offer a free sample for your lab on every order. A few times their samples have been extremely generous as well.
They are always my go-to when I need these chemicals for calibration and research purposes. They always respond to my emails in a timely manner as well.
Out of 6 or 7 different orders I have only never received one, which might be my fault because I chose more weight than I probably should have. That being said, they shipped a replacement to me at half price and broken into two separate shipments - but at the time of writing this I'm still waiting the replacement but it's only been ~10 days so I'm not too concerned there.
Overall, I wish more vendors were this personal and and transparent. They just may need to look into upping their shipping practices to prevent more delays/errors in delivery. Especially if NL outgoing/incoming mail is under increased scrutiny.”
