“Do not use this company. The pendant ordered was smeared and illegible. I was also sent numerous emails due to late arrival with the explanation as follow...we are sorry for your delayed order. Due to the pandemic our machines and quality of our products have been compromised. I was very disappointed. When I tried to exchange or request refund...after 3 attempts I just gave up. My 2 year old granddaughter does better work.”

“The pendant is beautiful. The engraving is really small though. The picture made it look as if the engraving would be bigger. I've even had other people ask me what it says because they can't read that small. With that said, I bought it for myself, so I have no problem telling people what it says (it's in honor of my grandmother; so it has her name, birthday, and death date on it). The shipping was slightly longer than what they indicate on their website, but that wasn't an issue for me.”

“DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company. The one star is only because they contacted me via email to inform that product would be late with some lengthy excuse that made no sense...but they did inform me. When the necklace did arrive the pendant was smeared and illegible. I was so unhappy as I waited over 2 months for the product to arrive. I will add a pic later to show the poor craftsmanship. Oh wait there was NO Craftsmanship. Very very poor...save your $$$”
