“I received a necklace that I couldn't read the writing asked for a replacement or a refund they won't answer my text or email. They don't have good customer service. They want to send me a 10% refund and that's not acceptable. BRENDA Don't buy from this company. They take your money and won't do what the say on site.”

“Beautiful piece, my wife loves it, she doesn't like large jewelry. Mainly because she doesn't wear much, however she does wear this daily, replacing a larger necklace i got for her. The chain is a little things than I'd like but it's holding up fine.”

“I ordered a necklace a week ago for my Son's birthday online. I received a message back saying they will e-mail me before shipping my item. My item till this day hasn't been shipped I've contacted Chendom by email several times even called them by phone several times. This company doesn't answer calls or emails. So if you have a problem your pretty much screwed. Can a real person from Chandon contact me and let me know where my item at? CD# 13721 is my order”
