“As always the level of service is fantastic from start to finish. We are very pleased with our new stairs carpet & the fitters always arrive promptly & do an excellent job. We would very happily recommend Cherry carpets to everyone”

“We are so happy that we chose Cherry Carpets to supply and fit our new stair carpet. All members of staff (from Terry and Harry in the store, Will the estimator and Andy and Rob the fitters) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful They ensured that what was a difficult and challenging job was completed to perfection. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cherry Carpets.”

“I would strongly recommend Cherry Carpets after my recent experience with them replacing all carpeting in my home. Will attended the initial measuring visit and was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, pointing out suggested fixes to be done pre-fitting, etc. Andy & Rob arrived on time for fitting day 1 and got straight to work - they were both professional, friendly and helpful, taking the inevitable snags in their stride. Job done on day 2 as planned - they were extremely clean and tidy (removing the old carpet for us) but most importantly did their work to a fantastic standard. Delighted with the service and the results!”

“Cherry Carpets have just done my stairs. Looks amazing & a very reasonable price too. Everyone I’ve met at Cherry have been great, so friendly, the guys in the shop were very patient with me when I couldn’t make up my mind and at no point did I feel rushed. The fitter that came was lovely too, very polite, courteous, and very clean - he even hoovered my carpet before he left. Couldn’t recommend them more. What a great service from start to finish.”

“I recently had Andy, Rob and Max from Cherry carpets fit Carpet (as well as trim the bottom of the doors) in my hallway, living room and 2 bedrooms on a Friday recently. Firstly I want to say that the 3 guys were superb. Polite, chatty and just cracked on with the work, answering any questions and helping move heavy stuff around as well, they got the job done efficiently and in good time. Even hoovering up the odds and sods of mess at the end of the day. Secondly Cherry Carpets themselves. They let us take samples home for days at a time so we could be sure of the right choice and at no point did they try the hard sell on us. Every person I spoke to there over a number of days, be it on email or phone were very helpful. Of the 3 places I got quotes from they were the best price too which is always a winner. On top of this I liked that the price that they quoted included the trimming of the doors, a fitting the entire carpets and everything else needed to get it done, everywhere else gave me a price for the carpets then listed I had the pay a fitter X amount on the day, and use this other guy to trim the doors as they don’t do it, with Cherry I got the entire price for the entire thing in one package and I think for that alone I would have gone with them even if slightly more expensive. Cheers everyone for a positive experience, see you again in 12 to 15 years when I need a new one :)”

“We've had two carpets put in by Cherry Carpets over the last couple of months and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their service is brilliant and they really nice people to deal with. Particular shout out to our fitters Andy and Robert who did a brilliant job yesterday.”

“I have worked with Cherry Carpets for a number of years. I am a project manager for a property company and I often reach out to cherry carpets to quote for work. I am extremely happy with the level of service I have received to date. Quotes are clear and accurate, with a quick turn around to go to site and measure up. Cherry Carpets offer a good all round service and their general response time to queries and quotes are very good! I am a happy customer.”

“As the other reviews below have already said, Cherry Carpets are a great team - they were professional and efficient but also very friendly and easy to get along with. Nothing was too much trouble and they even helped with moving heavy furniture back into the room once the floor was in. Highly recommend.”

“Just had Terry from Cherry Carpets round to give me a quote for my damaged kitchen floor. He was punctual, professional and friendly but most of all extremely honest. He gave me ideas for my floor which meant doing himself out of a job as it would be cheaper for me!. You don't often get that kind of honesty these days. The office staff were friendly and efficient too. I would highly recommend them :)”
