“This is the second time we have used Cherry Carpets and just as first time we couldn’t fault the service they offered. The fitters Terry and Max were excellent sorting out the moving of remaining furniture in our bedroom, lifting the old and laying underlay and carpet. They expertly shaved a door to ensure a good fit and took away old carpet etc. the bedroom now looks great. Thank you again for good service and all your friendly help. I’m”

“From the moment we stepped into Cherry Carpets the help Dan gave us was brilliant, the communication was excellent and the service provided was amazing. The carpet fitters Terry, Max and Harry were polite, respectful, efficient and their work was brilliant. Would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Cherry Carpets again or recommending them.”

“We were very happy with our experience of Cherry Carpets. They are a very professional, friendly company and were really helpful when choosing our carpet and the two gentlemen who came to fit the carpet were really hard working and again very trustworthy and professional who clearly enjoy ther job.”

“We engaged Cherry Carpets for vinyl flooring in three bedrooms, plus carpeting on the stairs and landings. From start to finish the service was excellent. There was no hard sell at any time. The estimate was accurate and compehensive. There was helpful assistance in the show room and the fitters were second to none. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would have no hestitation in recommending the services on Cherry Carpets.”

“We have recently had our third installation from Cherry Carpets, this time to our daughters bedroom as a surprise whilst she was away on holiday. It was not an easy installation as the room was full of furniture and we didnt have time to remove the old carpet before they arrived. Not a problem for Cherry Carpets! - They arrived on time, uplifted & took away the old carpet and moved the furniture around as if it wasn't even there! - they even shaved the bottom of the bedroom door to save me a job later (and did a much better job than I could have dome myself!). We cant thank Matt (the fitter) and all the team in the showroom enough for all their help and attention to detail. Our daughter was over the moon with the result on her return from holiday - If we could give you 10 stars for the job we would and we will be returning shortly for our 4th installion to our hall, stairs & landing and I know you will not let us down.”

“Who knew carpet laying was an art form. I’ve used Cherry Carpets for years now and they’ve always been a delight to deal with. However they’ve just finished another job for me in Clapham and it has been faultless. No chips on skirting boards, tidied up and beautifully laid down. What more can I say.”

“We recently used Cherry Carpets to fit new carpets in our new loft conversion and the existing 1st floor and stairs in our house. From the initial consultation to the fitting, the service was fantastic. They brought lots of samples to the initial consultation and talked us through the different types of flooring and what would work best for us taking into consideration the footfall of the area and our pets. They kindly did the fitting for us in 2 stages which worked around our decorating and renovation plans and were really accommodating when we weren’t quite ready for their second visit. The team that did the fitting were very friendly and professional, talking us through everything they were doing and any adjustments that needed to be made and also made sure everything was cleaner than it was before they started. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.”

“My company required commercial grade carpet for our reception, Cherry carpets were chosen as they were quick to reply and engage with us, sending links to the type of carpets that would suit our requirements. The carpet fitters were fantastic. My company prepared the floor for the new carpet. Cherry Carpet fitters arrived and began their own preparation before laying the carpet, by scrapping, sanding and filling any gaps in the floorboards to allow the carpet the best chance to cure to as perfect a floor as possible. I am happy too recommend this Cherry Carpets of West Wickham.”

“It's our 2nd time using Cherry Carpets. We have had the same experience for both. We have found them to be friendly and professional from initial quotation to final fit. Our fitter - Brian is very skilled and knowledgeable finding work arounds for forseen and unforseen problems. Always keeping us informed on progress and checking in for our input on key decisions. We felt very comfortable having the Cherry Carpets team in our home. We are delighted with the quality of their work and will be booking Cherry carpets for a third time for a final piece of work in October”

“Our bedroom and upstairs hall floor was fitted so professionally, we were so impressed we used them again for our stair carpet which looks fabulous. “Used cherry carpets recently to fix a terrible mess we made tearing up an old tile floor in our hallway. Cherry Carpets laid a new floor, installed a great looking vinyl floor and carpetted our stairs. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and professional. Everything was very well organised, communication was great, and such care was taken on the quality of the finish that we're thrilled with the results. I can't recommend Cherry Carpets highly enough.”

“Having had an excellet experience with Cherry Carpets last year when they fitted some vinyl to our new bathroom, we recently returned again to have some carpet fitted to our 3rd bedroom and were not disappointed! - From selecting the carpet in the showroom to the day of the fitting, they could not have been more helpful and we would especially like to thank Toby & Matt for their help, advice & attention to detail, resulting in a fantastic job that we are very happy with. We have since recommended them to several friends who have all had a similar experience, so well done Cherry Carpets - we will be returning again soon!”

“The service we recently received from Cherry Carpets was excellent. We purchased a woollen carpet from them and noticed a fault with the carpet soon after it was fitted which wasn’t apparent when it was fitted.They immediately came and checked the carpet, agreed that there was a problem with it and contacted the carpet manufacturer who sent an independent inspector to check the carpet. We were quickly given a full refund and chose an alternative carpet which was fitted yesterday. We have been very impressed with the way Cherry Carpets immediately took ownership of the problem and pulled out all the stops to resolve it quickly. Many thanks to Dan, Terry, Toby and the other Terry who fitted the carpet. We will definitely use Cherry Carpets again.”

“I have used Cherry Carpets for the last 18 months supplying and fitting carpets for various rooms. At all times their service has been 1st class. Keeping to appointment times, advice, fitting of carpet and leaving the room tidy. Their prices are very competitive and I would use Cherry Carpets for all my flooring. They provide a good old fashioned customer service.”
