“I ordered a beef en croute for Christmas dinner. The package arrived fully frozen. I allowed 24 hour defrost in the refrigerator and then cooked it EXACTLY to the directions. The total time it was in the oven was 38 minutes- 20 minutes at 400 and then 18 minutes at 300. When I used the meat thermometer, it was already 170. I let it rest, and the meat was tender, but it was certainly not rare, or even medium rare.
I was very disappointed, and I doubt I will ever order from your company again.

“A fabulous Christmas gift for my two sons and my son in law. They were thrilled. Can't get much easier than going to your website, ordering and getting a very prompt delivery. Oh, okay one negative...too many wonderful selections to choose from. I even decided on a last minute Christmas gift for my sister and that order also came very quickly. She loved it.
