“The Lemoncello cake was wonderful!!! It would be nice if there were better defrosting information. If taken out too early it falls apart. Luckily we had enough "good looking" cake to serve, No matter how it looked it was delicious.”

“A Yule log I had shipped to a friend for Christmas arrived damaged. He called and reported it but they would not reship to him. I had to be the one to report it. When I did 3 days later, I was told it would be reshipped. However, I then received an email saying that it was no longer in stock and I would receive credit for the item, which I did. But then I had to hurry with something else and PAID EXTRA TO EXPEDITE SHIPPING SO IT WOULD ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!
I'm not sure I will ever again order from here.”
