My brother cooked up the quiche, the bourbon bacon and the spanakopitas for Christmas morning and sent pictures. He said it was all so delicious!! I was thrilled and Chesapeake Bay will now be on my yearly (if not more), gift giving!”
“Of the two orders recently, one was great (Smith Island cake) but the other was good, just not great. The salmon was great and shrimp and grits bites were good. The crab cakes were not as good although they were certainly edible. Let me put it this way, the people who don't eat crab cakes much thought they were great but those who know the difference considered yours inferior. Sorry to say but good to know.”

“Crabcakes were delivered without the note that I wrote and is on my receipt. The recipient was afraid to eat them without knowing who sent them. I waited a couple of days to check with them because I didn't want to appear pushy. At the same time, my sister ordered two items as a gift to me and only one was delivered. She had to wait a couple of days for a supervisor to review the request for a replacement. The items are very good, but service was somewhat lacking.”
