“Please could I have my refund for items sent back at the beginning of February, 2022. It’s now six weeks and I still haven’t got it. I would have bought more clothes from you if I had received a refund for items sent back. I have left numerous messages with Jackie Green (and my phone number) but never have a reply and your phone doesn’t put the customers through to speak to anyone.”
