“Chevron always makes me happy because of the best customer service, today I was in 1265 Lawrence station Rd around 2;30pm to fill gas, customer having a hard time to filling a gas so manager was helping him to fill gas, because of some issue manager was going out and in to see if customer getting g gas or not main time inside there was another annoying cutomer he start to argue with her, she try to calm inside customer but looks like he was in bad mood, he was just yelling to her, I am very happy to see that manager was calm and trying to make him calm too. But customer was rude, I would like to say sorry to manager and employee who working there and having a difficulty with customer. Manager serv me with beautiful smile. Thank you manager Premila for staying calm that's why I love chevron.”
