“The customer service is responsive and helpful. The goods are ok for the price, but sometime in the photos of the products, are slight differences in colour from reality.
The shipping sometime faces delays as not all products placed in the order are on stock, would be better to advice during order placing. But at least the missing items are sent as soon as arrive on stock with no additional costs. Also there was a good support in case of additional costs to be paid for clearance for express shippings and arrival time in this case was good enough. In overall I am ok with the purchase considering also the report price-quality it is ok,including quality for the services after sale not only of products.”
