“I loved the outfits I bought however they weren’t true to size I ordered mediums and they were more like larges so had to be altered. Material was nice and soft but frayed after first wash.”
“The item is too big and I asked to return it and your Customer Service department offered me a 10% discount and told me to keep the item - this is not acceptable and I let the, know this. I have not heard back. I told them I want to return the item for a refund. Since I haven’t received authorization to return the item as your company stated I am going to dispute the PAYMENT with my Credit Card Company.”
