“ The items are not true to size. The item I bought were xxl but actually like lg. the refund is hard to get first I couldn't find how to do it. Then they wanted me to pay shipping to get a refund or 10% off or some $5 coupon ridiculous. ”

Then they came back and said the 14 days window had closed and I was not eligible for a refund. I should not be punished because their customer service dept takes so long to respond back. ”
