"I did not receive my items. Contacted the company they wanted me to do all this running around when it was clear the package was missing. I managed to get further proof from Royal Mail and passed this information onto chic me and now they are refusing to refund my money.\r\nAvoid buying from this company at all cost"

"Ok my story is EXACTLY the same as everyone else\u2019s. I bought clothes from CHICME they came, bad quality, too small, tried returning them, and got the run around with discounts etc.\r\nI WANT TO GIVE YOU A LIGHT AT THE END OF A VERY BAD TUNNEL THAT I HAVE BEEN SO LUCKY TO GET! And I got all my money back plus the postage!!! Yes that\u2019s right, there was no way I was letting them get away with it!!!\r\nI went straight to PayPal, we have consumer buying cover with PayPal, I lodged a dispute through PayPal and sent photographs of all the contact that I had with CHICME. They did the rest, they contacted ChicMe got the address and yes I had to send it back but I also got the funds frozen and held by PayPal, no deductions from ChicMe for handling, postage, blah blah blah. \r\nSo when I sent it back.. yes it was expensive\u2026 but PayPal covered that out of pocket expense also. What people don\u2019t understand is that we have a $45 a year out of pocket coverage for postage with PayPal for sending back products that are ie broken, not of description, quality etc. I lodged my postage receipt with PayPal and I just got that also paid\u2026 I got everything back. \r\nSo suck it CHICME\u2026 you are not getting my hard earned money!!!"

"Absolutely appalling!!!\r\nSent me an item that does not match the description. It is nothing like the picture of description. (Picture shows what was on the web site vs what was received)\r\nThey are being incredibly difficult refusing to pay postage to return item even though their terms clearly state if their error\r\nThey are a lying cheating company and should be avoided at all costs!!!!"

Total wrong sizing on the shirt. Terrible quality. Called to speak to someone about a return..return never happened too much of a hassle. Money just lost. Won’t shop there again. Plus delivery time was extensive. Lesson learned!
