I sent an email to you. I ordered 2 tops in black and in white. The black top is perfect. The white top is missing the band on the bottom and fits weirdly. I want to return the white top and get a white top that fits like the black top.
I received my order but some of them didn't fit and I'm wanting to return them. Can I get a form to send them back. Also do you refund the money or can I choose something else of same value

My second striped top arrived. Because the first one was too small. The solid color ones are a size small and they fit beautifully. Striped one in size small much smaller. Why?
my 2 rompers i bout was to small so i emailed the company for a exchange and provided the sku number as requested but i still haven't herd nothing else from them
I told them that I received my order. The shirt came but it didn't come with the shorts that go with it. I still haven't heard from anyone about this complaint that I have an issue with. Who sends an order and don't send the bottoms with it
I received the package but it was supposed to be the one with the white shirt with the boots, and not the black shirt with the boots so I want to know how I can send it back and get the other order that I had placed because the one sent was wrong I was also charged for both orders
I’ve purchased a pair of pants a couple of months ago when I’m received them they had s very foul smell, i was hoping that with time the smell would dissipate and eventually pass but it hasn’t helped. The smell is very off pouring and i can’t wear them. Please advise.
I received my package late. It has not been opened and I would like a full refund. The debit card I used originally was hacked I now have a new card that I would like the refund put on. we have just received a pair of `skinny black pants'. There is a button to do up the pants above the zipper ...... but no button hole in the pants. She cannot do up the pants and they flap. Very disappointing as they look fantastic. If i have to take to a tailor for repairs, i will be paying more than the goods cost.

The quality of your clothing is thrash. Never will I ever order from this company again. The clothing looks great on paper ? but when it arrives it's just horrible ?.

How long does it usually take for orders to be delivered after they are ordered going to the US I had just made to orders that I did not realize was coming from China I didn't realize you're items came from China I wanted these for my vacation and I'm leaving in 15 days so I put a request to cancel them and I did that within minutes of ordering them once I realized they were coming from China as much as I wanted these for my vacation I know there's no way they'll be here on time
