“I ordered 2 summer dresses , it took a month to ship. When I received the dresses I wanted to return 1. I contacted customer service on the website and the person was asking me to keep the item they would give me a 10% off , then a 30% off I refused all offers insisting for a full refund. Finally after 14 days back and forth they told me that I couldn’t return the item because it was past 14 days. So they wasted my time and refused to set up a return for a full refund. This was absolutely shady business. I will never shop on this site again”
