I am fuming as I have not received my refunds and my emails are being ignored. This is shocking customer service. This company is still taking orders and peoples money but then not refunding! If I could rate as 0 I would. If there are issues there should be a notice on the website and they should not be taking orders!!!

Do not order from this company! Returned items in july it is now october and i still haven’t received my refund of more than 300 euro! Non existent customer service! Thieves!

This company is a complete scam…they will not refund any returns, and in case you are lucky to get a response from customer service they will tell you that the refund is on the way…a big LIE! Avoid by all means

Still haven't received my refund for a dress I returned TWO months ago after paying for it to be returned through An Post. Tried emailing numerous times through their different emails with no response. I never leave bad reviews but I am appalled for the price of their dresses and no refund given. VERY poor customer service, would not recommend to anybody!!!!

Terrible service, no response to emails or Customer Tickets and just learnt they went into administration taken over by Reem. I am owed money for items returned and looking at all other reviews can see it will be a long wait!!! Appalling service! No email sent about the takeover and who to contact if money is owed.

Don't bother ordering anything from this website. Disgusting customer service, won't answer emails or phone calls from a refund 4 months ago. Owe me over £200 but they don't seem to care!

Returned 2 orders and they arrived at the warehouse on the 26th June, still waiting almost 3 months later. Sent numerous customer service tickets and a complaint, still nothing. Trying to look up to how to take this further. Like many others I can't afford to lose £100!!

If there was an option for a minus star I'd have given it to this poor and horrible company! It's the worst customer service experience I've ever had! Pre-ordered a dress months before my occasion and it was never received! They did not even bother to send a notification or an update email! The dress itself was not even showing when you look it up online ! Such a scam ! And when you contact their support team they take ages to respond and then they stop responding after that when they hear the word refund!! Avoid like a plague!!

I returned 2 dress which were scanned into Chi Chi’s warehouse on 29th June. Still waiting for my refund of £110 it’s now 7th September. I have E-mailed them 3 times and been fobbed off. Poor service do not use this company!
