“Item arrived poorly packaged. Delivery box very damaged and items inside were really scratched. Also there were no labels on a couple of the items, which had labels on in the store page picture.
Delivery driver from ukmail.com was very rude, he didn't even offer help to carry heavy package inside.

I'm sorry your found this poor although i'm not sure which items were shown with labels - the order was for a 5 kg feeder,some mite powder and a tub of insects. the insects and mite powder had labels on them and the feeder is unlabeled. The total weight would have been around 2 kg so not particularly heavy. The drivers aren't normally allowed into people's houses.
