“Order took 3 weeks to arrive. could not contact anybody using the number on the help desk and did not respond to my emails. Will not use this company again terrible service and I would avoid!”

We did respond to your email. Unfortunately, there does appear to be some missing communication. When you placed the order initially you chose the option to contact us by phone to make the payment rather than paying online. We didn't hear from you so took no further action. It was some time later that you emailed about the order and told us that you'd manually sent a payment via paypal. Once we knew this we were able to find your payment and process your order. We will review whether or not we allow customers to choose to make manual payments.
