“After sales customer service is dreadful. It is impossible to speak to anyone. The only form of contact is via an email contact address. The first time I made contact after receipt of an order, because I wanted to find out how to return something, it took a week to receive a reply. The second time I contacted them to ask when I would receive a refund for the returned item..... well, I'm still waiting for a reply to that, plus the follow up email I sent. I won't use them again.”
It is correct that we don't have a manned phoneline. Your emails were answered and the refund has been processed. Please check your bank account and if it's not there contact your card provider.
“Firstly I didn't receive my order. I tried to track it, sent emails with no reply, after waiting for an answer for 2 or 3 weeks I said I would ask via Twitter as I wasn't sure they received my email. Got a response, goods damaged in transit another order would be sent, not even an apology for the delay in replying.... After another 3 weeks and another email or two I was eventually told they didn't have stock, again no apology, I cancelled everything and got a refund. Was very disappointed. I used Wells Poultry before and was very pleased. I don't ever intend on using Green Valley again and have obviously stopped recommending them.”
“I've used various poultry equipment suppliers over the years and poor communication is a common theme between them. GVPS had a clear easy to use website and kept me up to date on delivery and the auto door opener was well packaged and is perfect!”

“Long delay in receiving part of the order with no explanation, phone never answered, phone messages never returned, emails never answered. Probably the worst customer service I can remember. The remaining items turned up just in time before the transaction was going to be reported as fraud.”
