I ordered a product from them, in November which they dispatched but I never received (£34 worth) When it didn't arrive I asked them to chase it up and despite phone calls and numerous emails politely asking for updates I have never heard back from them and am still out of pocket. “Very good value for money. We have quite large brown hybrid hens and they struggle to get their heads under the rain cap. Therefore we have elevated it on a couple of bricks which seems to have done the job, although the same feeder without the raincap is far more popular with the chickens!”

“The unit has been excellent having been installed a couple of months ago and used every day to open and close on timer (as opposed to on light level) without any bother whatsoever. Saves a couple of trips a day to lock down and open up, and it is reassuring to know that the chickens are safely locked in if you are not home till late.
Only gripe would be that it didn't come with fixings to fasten the unit to the coop - I used screw head bolts and nuts, which I would recommend over screw fixings to make it most secure. However the size of the recessed screw holes meant I had to do a bit of searching around for something the right size. Not a problem but it was a trip to the diy merchants when I'd have happily paid a pound more to have them included.”

We have replied to your email and in turn you have replied to our reply - maybe there is more than one person there replying to your emails. As you are aware, you ordered some bags of chicken feed to be delivered but when the carriers attempted delivery they found you were closed. As there was no attempt to collect the order or arrange a re-delivery it was returned to us.
“Unfortunately I have had to leave a poor review as I have been unable to get any response from the company. I have repeatedly e mailed, telephoned and left messages. I ordered a chicken feeder which arrived very quickly, however there were some parts missing- I have had no response when asking for these parts to be supplied. Disappointing after an initially good sales transaction.”
