It has been almost impossible to fix the top to the base as it won't twist and slide completely into place. It has come apart twice now with a cascade of pellets going everywhere.
All suggestions as to how to twist the two parts successfully together would welcomed.”

The refund was initiated by ourselves for an item that was ordered as a special order direct from supplier but was later found to be unavailable within a reasonable timescale.
“Just needed more cord for my chicken door and this company had it by the meter and better still no courier charges just a 1st class stamp so I'm very happy that this company uses sensible postage rates”

Thank you for your comments. We normally follow up transaction with requests to review the product and/or service. From your past transactions over the last 5 years you may have received up to 6 emails. To allow the good and not so good reviews equal status we send out review requests for all orders once they have been despatched. I'm sorry you feel this volume of emails is excessive.
“Chicken feeders arrived promptly. Appear good value for money but time will tell. The slots that allow the hopper to be fitted to the base are a bit too tight but as filling is by the lid that won't be a significant problem and they may ease with use.”
