They are rubbish for returns, the bottle I received was damaged - didn’t want to pay for the return but I did which I was annoyed about I did it to sign for - it was on the 17th of jan - assumed a big company would send an acknowledgement that they’ve received the return and tell me roughly when the payment will end up back in my account.. if it isn’t sorted I’m going to get the bank to take care of it and will let everyone know not to buy from this company !!! They don’t even have customer service number

Chilly's Bottle imploded in my car. I cant find any contact numbers to talk to them anywhere. They must be hiding in an office afraid to speak to there customers. the bottle was very expensive employ some staff with some of that money, up yours for ever !

1 star: Bad 4 minutes ago Cheap Seals leak and deteriorate very quickly I’ve used Chilly bottles for years and have been very happy previously. My daughter received a lovely Chilly bottle from her grandparents for her birthday in late September. I think the company must have changed suppliers for the seals as my daughter almost swallowed a piece of the seal from her new bottle. I contacted customer services who will not supply another seal without order numbers etc which I feel is completely unreasonable as I have sent images of the bottle which prove it is genuine and we are only asking for a replacement seal - not a whole new bottle. Very poor customer service!

Customer services terrible. Can’t refund money, can’t find out about delayed deliveries for 48hours, can’t talk to you. Sorry product may be good but customer services needs sorting.

Very Very poor customer service. I ordered multiple items but none arrived in time. When I chased it up they said one item was out of stock so that’s why no items had been sent. Very disappointing. Why on earth they hadn’t contacted me? Or at least sent some of the order. Now none will arrive in time for Christmas. It might be a good product but dire customer service.

Ordered an insulated cup and paid for express delivery which should have been delivered in 2 days but 9 days later no product, really poor customer service as they stated to look into the issue but this is a 4 day process !!!! Product may be great but I gave up and have requested a refund!

Ordered a bottle two weeks ago, it hasn’t arrived and despite being assured by email it would be looked into and someone would get back to me within 24 hours I still haven’t heard anything three days later...very disappointed and NO way of contacting anyone by phone. Very disappointed and will not shop with you again.

Like the many people below, I wish I had checked these comments before ordering. Order mine over two weeks ago and on the off chance I decided to contact them via their online chat service, they proceeded to claim that it was lost! Do not use!!

Should of read this before ordering. Same problem of nothing turning up. Complained and may get it end of the week. Not impressed as ordered 2 weeks ago.

My order hasn't turned up, they keep saying they are looking into it but nothing. So disappointed, I thought this was a good product so the customer care would be good, better off to order through amazon if you really want one. Not impressed, would never use again.

Beautiful products, absolutely awful customer service. I have been trying to place an order for over a month and all that is left to do is have an invoice sent through so that I can pay it and there has been no communication for 3 weeks. I keep chasing and have now tried the live chat twice which turns out they have no power other to just pass on that I've been in communication. Very frustrating.

Ordered bottle for present with name engraved. No name engraved and we paid for this. also no way of getting in contact with chillies.

Faulty bottle, bottom came off- customer service refuses to replace, as they are not sure how it was used! To carry a damn water! By a child! Not to fight with it in a war!!! Overpriced piece of rubbish. Terrible after care. Warranty excludes actual use!!! Stay away people!!!

I ordered a pastel pink bottle in September this year and started using the item late September, I noticed some discolouring on outside of the bottle few weeks ago therefore contacted Chilly via email to inform them. I was expecting a great customer service but that wasn't the case, contacted by 3 different people and still nowhere near a resolution. I understand Chilly are online business but wanted to see if I can speak with someone in person so used search engine to find a contact number which to my astonishment goes to a resident who informed me he was fed up of Chilly customers calling him. I just want my bottle replaced, is that too much too ask!!

I had this product for less than a month before it broke. It was bought so I could take it on holiday and that was fine, no issues what so ever and I was very pleased with the product. I decided to keep using the product when I returned home, until I accidentally knocked it off my beside table and it fell all of 2 feet to the floor, breaking the insides of the bottle. It now rattles horribly and I am sure it will no longer keep water nice and cold. I contacted the customer services who while polite basically said it is broken, and having water in it will increase the chances of it breaking (not great for a water bottle). I wouldn't have been to upset by the bottle breaking, but for the price I paid and you will have to pay to get one I would it expect it to survive a small fall. I still have my old hard plastic bottle that has been through a lot more than the Chillys bottle. I can still recommend this product if you want a very nice looking product, that works very well at keeping water nice and chilled.... just maybe wrap it in bubble wrap?

Appalling customer service! I ordered a Emma Bridgewater bottle as a gift. When it arrived the writing was smudged, contacted Chillys via email who asked for a picture which i sent to them. Still no response. I would not recommend using Chillys!!!

It took 2 weeks for chillys to reply to my 3 emails and when they finally did they said they couldn’t help me as I can’t prove how the bottle was dented. despite being purchased under 30 days ago!
