Poor customer service order hasn’t arrived e mailed threee times now with no correspondence back. The second order I placed is already on its way. One of the order I can’t get an answer about is now sold out will never order from this company again as no customer services telephone number to resolve this issue quickly

Misleading website. I thought I had to buy a lid separately, so paid extra for a lid that was not needed. The bottle is very expensive anyway, without paying more than I needed to. Having read all the problems other people are having I would avoid this company.

Terrible experience. My parcel got lost somewhere, the customer service had no idea of where my parcel was, DPD didn't know anything about the parcel, the tracking code then was apparently wrong, stating that the parcel arrived and signed by someone.... Just order your things from Amazon and your life would be much easier.

Just bad customer service. I'm sure the product is great but I wanted to exchange for a different size & finish. Firstly they don't offer an exchange system, secondly they don't offer free returns and ask you to pay for signed for service. They definitely don't have a customer-first approach so just make absolutely sure that you buy the right size and finish otherwise it's going to cost you. Also, the powder coating although I'm sure it's hardwearing, makes the bottle feel plastic and cheap.

I ordered the rose bottle for mothers day with my mums name engraved on the bottle. The engraving is over the seam line on the pattern were they meet. I emailed customer services (apparently all bottle engravings go over were the pattern meets). For the price I expected better quality and hope Chilly review their product and change this design feature. Or expect more complaints for customers. Thanks Emma.

Bottle arrived dented, although cardboard tube was not. Seal is poor, and on taking lid off seal gets left in the bottle. Very disappointed.

"A mistake in the order, most probably from my side resulted in an exchange of 30+ e-mails just to return a spare lid and receive another one of different color as per my agreement with customer service. Although i paid return postage and agreed to receive a new lid, i got a refund and some lousy customer service by people unaware of the situation, presumably because they did not bother reading further down to the endless chain of e-mails.Would expect at least a decent customer service by a UK based company, but instead i received the worst one ever. Shame..."

Ich kann gar nichts zur Flasche sagen, sie ist immer noch nicht hier angekimmen. Angeblich war der Lieferbote an meiner Tür und niemand sei da gewesen, aber dann hätte eine Information im Briefkasten sein müssen oder man hätte es bei den Nachbarn abgeben können! Bei der Nachfrage erhielt ich schnell Antwort, dass die Flasche neu geliefert wird. Wie lange soll man warten? 1 Woche ist schon um. Der oben grgrbrnr Stern ist 1. Pflicht, sonst geht die Rezension nicht raus und ist dann für die schnelle Antwort auf die Nachfrage!

I haven't received my order unfortunately. However sent 2 emails checking where it is lost. In the order mentioned delivered - I would be happy to know who received. Thank you Aleksandra

Unfortunately, I never got my bottles. My credit card was charged with 55, - Euro but the bottles were not delivered so far. I am very disappointed and can only advise against an order.
