“WHEN I RECIEVED THE FIRST BOTTLE IT HAD A DENT IN IT, AND AS IT IS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE I ASKED FOR AN EXCHANGE, I WAS SENT ANOTHER ONE THE NEXT DAY, AND TOLD THAT I COULD KEEP THE ORIGINAL ONE, WHICH MAKES ME HAPPY AS I WILL HAVE THAT ONE :) HAPPY DAYS...EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“A great piece of kit. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Ice cubes still rattling around after 10 hours. Keeps my drink Chilly cold all day. Yet to try it with hot drinks but I'm sure it'll be brill!!!!”

“I bought one for a present and one for myself, I was so impressed by the first one I got myself one. I am very pleased with mine. I need a drink in the night and this keeps my drink nice and cool. I have also used it with my coffee and its great. The service is brilliant it was here really fast. Thank You.”

“Hello, My chilly's arrived dented from all over for the amount 25 euros I did not return the item but am very disappointed with the delivery service which certainly did not pay attention to the package it is all pressed down and at the cork . It was for a gift and well that was a poisoned gift. I will definitely not advertise your products to my friends, family and entourage considering the quality of the transportation. I find it a pity my daughter could have been a true embassador of your product because it is a fashion at the moment in French lycées. In short she is obliged to surround the Chilly's a protection so as not to see shocks. I may remain at your disposal. cordially A disappointed client. BRUN FLORENCE”

“I took my chilly bottle on holiday to Portugal ???????? it was very hot most days. I filled the bottle with ice and water at 9am to go to the beach. It was so hot I could hardly bear to hold my bottle to have a drink. I didn't drink all the water but carried it around with me for the rest of the day still in the sun. The next morning I came to refill it and to my shock and surprise some of the ice hadn't melted! WOW that was amazing.”
