“I never received my order. Issues I believe with delivery company and not resolved in a timely manner. Three weeks and no order and then an email stating a refund was being made. Still no money back into my account so let's hope that happens quicker than the non delivery!”

“I still haven't received the bottle even though it was ordered on 22 Nov and it is now 9 Dec! I have emailed 'customer services' many times and have been told they are trying to track the whereabouts of the bottle with the courier. I have asked for a replacement bottle to be sent out as I paid for the item over two weeks ago but it doesn't seem you want to do this! Very very poor customer service.”

“Hello, My chilly's arrived dented from all over for the amount 25 euros I did not return the item but am very disappointed with the delivery service which certainly did not pay attention to the package it is all pressed down and at the cork . It was for a gift and well that was a poisoned gift. I will definitely not advertise your products to my friends, family and entourage considering the quality of the transportation. I find it a pity my daughter could have been a true embassador of your product because it is a fashion at the moment in French lycées. In short she is obliged to surround the Chilly's a protection so as not to see shocks. I may remain at your disposal. cordially A disappointed client. BRUN FLORENCE”
