Anything that requires a knife and a coin to open needs re thought- what a complete faff! And they leak

I bought a chilly 2 coffee cup after a couple of weeks the tabs that hold the disc on broke, I got a replacement and now it has broken again, I am always careful and line the holes up before separating the 2 parts. It’s a very poor design as these have to be taken apart to clean them. I’m very disappointed and would find it difficult to recommend this model of coffee mug to anyone

Series 2 nowhere near as good as original. The product looks great but the lid and collar are a nightmare. It's impossible to drink out of the bottle without spilling it all over yourself.

Order placed ten days ago. Email to say delivery by midnight yesterday. Tracking shows that Evri were in fact returning item to them having 'failed' to deliver it 5 days previously. We were in at the time quoted on the tracker and no note or email to let us know. Chilly's web pages contain no contact numbers so that you can speak to someone or provide feedback. Their 'Zen' bot is exactly the opposite and locks up. I want a refund, but have no way of chasing it up!!!!! Between Chilly's and Evri (Hermes in process and performance still!) I am exasperated. Avoid using them online - go to John Lewis or Cotswold Trading rather than direct to Chilly's.

Original bottle, Was ok for a month, then stopped keeping hot water hot.. disappointed as can’t get hold of customer service

I received my new series 2 coffee cup last week and unfortunately like the rest of the reviews the lids are faulty.mine leeks from the collar and the twist part of the lid,also when you drink from it the hole is so small it also leeks from there.nowhere to contact anyone to get a refund on this awful expensive product!

I bought a bottle in 2019 but haven’t used it much due to the pandemic. I went to use the other day for hot water and it was cold within hours and was obviously faulty. Terrible customer service and they are refusing to replace the bottle as it’s out of their warranty. Don’t expect your bottles to last or be treated as a valued customer by this company.

Bought the Series 2 cup and bottle. They arrived in perfect condition and are great overall. Super comfortable to drink from. Worth the price.

In my mind Chilly's were high quality bottles, and I had wanted one for a while. The series 2 lured me in. I even read the reviews and saw people moaning about the collar and didn't believe it. The collar regularly unscrews alongside the lid during everyday use which I find incredibly irritating. You have to hold the collar in place to avoid this, which is uncomfortable. Overall the design is not practical. Purchase at your own risk! (Don't even think it's that good at keeping things cold either)

Design fault that the collar unscrews when you unscrew the lid. Wish I’d checked the reviews first. Many others saying same thing. I contacted customer services but they would replace or refund as it is now ‘used’! I couldn’t know about the design fault until I used it. Really expensive. Really poor product. Avoid.

I was lured in by the beautiful design of the Chilly's Series 2 coffee cup. It is a thing of beauty! I was able to pick 3 colours of my choice. However once in use it is very disappointing. The open/ close method is tricky?stiff and the hole very small to drink out of. It ends ups dribbling down the side and down my chin. As far as I can see I have to uncrew the whole top to drink easily. Also the drink is not warm for 4 hours.. much less. I assume now I have used it I cannot return it. Save your money. It is a poor design for something that is meant to be an upgrade. All other Chilly's products I have bought have been brilliant

Series 2 cup. Ordered 2 one for the wife one for me. Terrible customer service upon trying to get her exchanged as it was damaged and now her replacement is also in the bin with mine. Customer service that bad I'd rather lose £70 than attempt a refund. The design of the cups is shocking. Just constant leak and dribble when trying to drink from them. Would highly advise that you avoid these and go for something reputable like contigo.

I have ordered Chilly's bottles before with no problem, but tried to order a bottle from the UK for my Mum in Australia. When it got to the payment page, I put in all my details, pressed submit and got a gateway error and the credit card details prompted me again, so I did it again to only receive the same message, so I gave up. I then look at my credit card app and I have two transactions for £58.30 from Chilly's yet NO email confirmation and NO order number. I have tried to cancel within the hour time period and no reply and have tried their Customer Service - you can only get the Chilly Bot even though I am trying to contact them within their stated Customer Service hours. I've also tried to contact them via social media on Twitter and Facebook. This is extremely frustrating and I cannot believe how dire their Customer Service is for the price you pay for their products. I want my money back as I cannot afford to lose £115. This has really put me off ever ordering their products again - all they needed to do is have an actual person either chat online or answer a phone - simple. Really poor form Chilly's.

such a shame! I own both types of Chilly bottles, the original and the series 2. After being really satisfied with the actual function of the bottle to keep fluids warm or cold I decided to buy myself a bottle from the series 2 as I prefered the new design and I wanted to profit from more drinking comfort. However once using the bottle I was a bit disappointed. The new added collar, which promises more drinking comfort as you lips dont touch the metal, but the nicely shaped collar, cannot be properly attached to the bottle. It attaches by srewing/turning the collar onto the bottle, so basically the exact same movement as you do when you open and close the bottle by screwing/ turning the lid. So each time you open the lid of the bottle, the drinking collar always follows, which destroys the entire function of this bottle. I am forced to screw off the lid and after that screw off the collar drom the lid and replace it on the bottle each time I want to drink. To me, this is not 100% thought- through design. It looks nice, but it really isnt practical at all.

Order placed over two weeks ago, parcel sent with Hermes. Showing as 'delayed' for three days (which I know means lost). You can't speak to anyone in customer service, the chat app doesn't work on an iPhone and when I did 'chat' with someone, they said they'd look into it and it would take 4 working days, which means my Christmas present won't be here in time. I suggested they send a new one as the delivery cut-off for x-mas is tomorrow and they said they wouldn't do that. I asked to chat to a manager and they wouldn't do that either. I asked if they'd respond to me today and they wouldn't commit to that either. SIMPLY TERRIBLE, Stay away. Use S'Well - they have excellent customer service.

Terrible customer service, my parcel got delivered to the wrong address, wasted countless hours trying to get in touch with someone but as they have no customer service phone line this is virtually impossible. No apology and still trying to chase up a refund or replacement and getting refused despite providing clear photographic evidence that the Hermes proof of delivery photo does not match my address. Have literally paid for absolutely nothing and May aswell have thrown my money down a drain.

Ordered and paid for an engraved bottle. Should have been delivered by 7.12.21 Hermes tracking had it as being returned to sender, no reason given. 1.5 hrs chat with Chillys , who will not refund me, stating that as it’s engraved their policy is to wait for bottle to “turn up”, this could take up to 30 days. Totally unacceptable. Awful customer service.
