“The product is lovely, good quality and looks great. My only disappointment was that I emailed to say I forgot to add a bottle brush to my order and could it be added on. This was only a few hours after the order but I was told it was too late and the order had been processed. It would have been such fantastic customer service to say ' yes, no bother ' . For the sake of a postage charge it could have changed a customer into a very happy customer who would have told all my friends. It's worth considering the value of such a gesture”

“I bought a Chilly's bottle for my partner as she constantly carries a plastic water bottle with her at all times (meaning her car/flat is always full of empty bottles). The Chilly's bottle is really good looking and the water tastes really fresh (unlike other flasks).”

“Purchased two Chilli Bottles for my daughter and her boyfriend who live in Oz. He's a surfing coach and is amazed every time he goes to take a drink how cold it still is in the hot temperatures. Would definitely advise to buy the cleaning brush too. They are also very tactile and fantastic colours”

“Love love love my Chilli bottle! I got a silver one for my youngest daughter and it kept her hot chocolate hot all day while out on the fells. I got my older daughter a black one and it's getting many a comment at school regarding its coolness factor. I got myself a purple one and my water stays cold all day in a hot classroom. Love the product, love the packaging.”
