“I like the concept of the bottles & have bought several but have been disappointed that the matt versions have got very scratched on just a few occasions of use. Had I known they were that vulnerable I wouldn't have bought them in that finish. Customer services were not helpful when I raised the issue”

“Good Morning. Thank you for your email asking my opinion about the product. I honestly have not been satisfied. The bottle does not keep the cold liquid for long (with ice inside), although the warm-up time is less than any bottle, it is not true that it lasts all day cold. On the other hand, the smell of metal that gives off the bottle when it comes to drinking water, is quite strong. As unpleasant. My final decision was to put the bottle Chilly's on a table, adornment, because that if, it is pretty in appearance. A cordial greeting and I hope to improve the product through its manufacturers. Thank you.”

“The bottles look cool but appear to have no thermal qualities at all. Ice cubes and slushy icy drinks are both room temperature within 2-3 hours. Very far from staying cool for 24hrs, an obviously false claim.”

“I have a couple of the 500ml bottles and take them to work, I was overjoyed when I discovered a new larger 1.8 litre bottle. The new bottle is huge and could be used in self defence as it's massive, the large size is ideal I need hot weather, love it.”

“We both love our Chilly Bottles. Both use them daily as it keeps my water cold & hubbies squash cold while it sits in his work van. It has encouraged me to drink more water as I love chilled water. So much better for the environment not buying bottled water. Scottish water is so yummy chilled. Just purchased the ice trays, what an awesome idea. When I go to my HIIT class I pop a few chilly ice cubes in water and it keeps water beautifully chilled. We love our Chilly's bottles. Janet & Davy”
