“They do exactly what they say. I tried the bottle with flavoured water and kept it on my desk at work. It really did stay cold for 24 hours,possibly more. Can't wait for summer! Stylish too. Had lots of comments.”

“Last night I made my favorite hot herbal tea to bring to work this morning. I was a little uncertain on the temperature resistance. BUT ... this morning I almost burned my tongue. I am happily surprised, because other thermos were not so satisfactory. I highly recommend Chilly's bottles.”

“They don't leak! They come in fab colours! I can imagine in the summer putting a frozen smoothie in and kids having it for lunch at school! All very positive stuff only downside is it's made in China - prefer to buy british”

“Really pleased with these, I purchased two for my daughters. One arrived slightly damaged, a quick email conversation and I have been sent a replacement without quibble and told there was no need to return the damaged one. Delivery was very quick and items well packaged. So far no leaks and they stay cold as stated. Highly recommended.”

“This bottle looks great. I'm sure it is perfect for cold drinks but as I bought it also to keep drinks hot ( and this is what was claimed) I was not impressed. However customer service was excellent and I was refunded. Top marks for customer service!”

“Received the first bottle which had been damaged in transit. Emailed customer service and had excellent service. New bottle arrived promptly. Very good for keeping liquid cold but not tried hot yet.”
