“Ordered from Spain whilst I was on holiday, I paid for express delivery. Bottle turned up with a big dent in the side. Contact the company via email who said they would send me a replacement right away. Not sure if they sent replacement straight away as I never received the new bottle whilst I was on holiday. I don't believe they sent the replacement by express delivery.”

“dear sirs, I am really disappointed when I found out that the " panda outdoor vacuum clean flask 500 ml" costs 4,5 euros, I bought it for my local market and I did the test, I put cold water in both chilly's and panda bottles , left them in the same room and checked the temperature of the water in certain periods of time (2h,5h,12h and 24h),it was the same temperature. The weight is almost the same, I don't really care about the design(ok chilly's bottles are nice),so give me a reason to buy a chilly's bottle again??and if your answer is "quality" and longer life I remind you that chilly's is 6 times more expensive .....”

“No idea, despite your 7 working day delivery, the bottle has not arrived 12 working days after I placed the order! Your people are aware and assure me it will get here eventually. Of course, now that summer has apparently ended, I will not be using it until next year so hope you can wait for the final review!!”
