“Beautifully made just disappointed in the overall size, I orders two, one for myself and one for my sister, as the advert described as being very useful to carry in your hand bag, however, the chilly bottle holds slightly less amount (which I'm fine with) but is overall bigger than the 33cl bottle I would normally carry. You would need quite a big hand bag ????”

“This item didnt keep my coffee hot. i contacted customer service. was told if i open it a few times. it will cool also if it had milkin it. was told it was more to keep cold drinks cold.so it was expensive mistake.will prob use for cold drinks in the summer.”

“Still had to keep water in the fridge and transfer to flask. Put coffee in the large one for a day out but had to take a beaker to drink it from because it was too hot to drink from flask. Love the colours and size variety.”

“The bottle looked great but I cut myself on the edge of the stopper which had some poor finishing. Watch out for sharp little nicks around the edge.”

“I like the concept and colours and bought three at Christmas. Firstly didn't realize there was a Christmas discount code going around so missed getting the discount and second one of the bottles I bought to keep. Tried making some tea to take to bed to have in the morning. Made it at 11pm and woke at 7am and it was warm but not hot. So am not sure the 18hrs hot is actually correct. 18hrs warm probably but drinkable temperature not really. Probably will work better for cold drinks but wasn't as impressive as I was hoping for.”

“Happy with the style and design but not as happy when it doesn't keep soup hot. After 4 hours it was just luke warm.”

“Seems pretty much like any other Thermos only lacking a handy cup on the lid! Felt warm to touch when I put hot tea in it and so it was clearly losing heat and it definitely didn't stay warm for 24 hours. I just bought a small one though so maybe the bigger ones are better. Still I like the colour!!”

“Bought following the disappointment that my bodum travel mug wouldn't fit into car cup holder. Saw something online assuring me chilly bottles would fit. Bought a green one - loved it on arrival but very annoyed that it also will not fit into car holder (Peugeot 508)........ Response from chilly just said that it was unusual that it wouldn't fit and MERRY CHRISTMAS!! Disappointed - waiting for a company to make a travel cup/flask that actually fits cup holder....”

“I need to put it to moor tests, as so far I cant see much difference from using the usual plastic bottle. Plus I would like to know if it is breakable?. I would think it is moor healthy than using plastic.”

“The only good thing I can really say is the flask came the next day even though I missed it due to being out because shipping was advised as 3-5 working days. I have used this 750ml flask a couple of times now and would love to know which circumstances it stays hot for 18hrs. After putting purely boiling water straight out of the kettle into it and putting the lid on tight, it was only luke warm after 3hrs. It would be cold after 18hrs. Not worth the money. Buy a normal flask.”

“I bought this item for my daughter as I thought it looked sleek and stylish and liked the idea of it keeping drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 18 hours, however I was dissapointed that her hot drink was cold after 6 or 7 hours. It has not lived up to your proclamations so therefore I wouldn't recommend it to others for this purpose. Very dissapointed.”
