“Cool bottles, nice colours. But up to 24 hours chilled? Its more up to 4 hours, same as other cooler cans.”

“Stylish looking but nowhere near as efficient as you claim. We put water in the bottle at 10°C in the evening and in the morning it had gone up to 24°C so it was hardly kept cold and that was only 12 hours not 24 as per your claim and yes the lid was on correctly. Disappointed.”

“Lack of drinking cup is a problem as a flask, when drinking direct from the bottle fluid can spill down your chin which can be a problem when it is hot. l”

“Definitely keep water nice and chilled. Unfortunately first time I used it obviously didn't screw lid on hard enough and it emptied into my handbag :-(”

“It definitely worked well to keep cool drinks chilled and hot drinks warm. My only complaint was that I chose the matte red chilly bottle and almost instantly it has marks and scratches. The colour treatment simply isn't robust for something I'd like to just keep in my bag.”

“The bottle arrived just a few days after I ordered it and it actually looks like on the pics and fulfills its function! But I'm quite disappointed that the coulour comes off already. So after a few days of using it it already looks quite old and used :(”

“It does what it promises: keeping drinks cold for around 12 hours. However: - Your logistic sucks: I was unable to track the shipment after it left your country and you refused to give me a REAL tracking number and courier, procrastinating the requested information until I've eventually received the items. - The product doesn't look so great: it seems easy to get scratched and the bottom, which is a separate element, almost seems to be detachable (which is not). You could have found a better solution to make it seamless with the bottle.”

“I'm a little disappointed: the Chilly bottle doesn't seem to keep water as cool as I wanted for as long as I'd expected. Also, my daughter says she'd like a sports lid so she can use it one-handed while running or at the gym etc.”

“Love the size and colour but doesn't keep my hot chocolate drink hot for 12 hours... let alone 18! Appreciate it's primarily for cool/cold drinks but I was hopeful.”

“Love the bottle shape, colour and design. Bought this product to keep my milk cool in my bag at work after buying a different brand that doesn't keep it cool all day. After seeing the claims regarding this product decided to give it a go. I have to say sorry guys, but it doesn't keep my milk ice cold like you claim. I never expected it to be freezing cold for 24 hours, but 8 hours would be great! Maybe I'm being unfair as I do work in quite a warm environment (an operating theatre dept) but I was looking for something that would perform. Still love the bottle though.”

“Wanted a bottle to take to the beach on summer holidays and think this might be the one to keep liquids cool. My only gripe is the exactly the same bottle on Amazon is cheaper, why? Thought I was doing the decent thing in buying from manufacturer....obviously not for my pocket!”
