“It´s really nice, but one week later has a scratch, so it lost a little colour :(”

“Ordered a few bottles, together with cleaning brush and ice tray. Bottles do as they say, and look great - brush is good, ice tray too floppy so awkward to transfer from tap to freezer.”

“The products (we ordered 3 bottles) were good but the service and quality control needs to improve. Our experience was that (a) the three bottles were delivered to the wrong address and (b) a top to one of the bottles was faulty making the bottle useless. It was replaced quickly albeit with the wrong colour (black as opposed to stainless steel) which we can live with.”

“the bottles are really beautiful!! The design and packaging are great. 2 small problems : some packaging are dirty (black marks), 3 black lids doesn't fit on black bottle (to big). thanks”

“Although maybe but sceptical this bottle does indeed keep water cold for 24 hours and hot for 12. I tested it before I recycled the packaging! Have used on several occasions with a clip for my bag. Carrying in the hand is clumsy - perhaps you should add a rubber ring pullover with a looped carrying handle?”

“The Chilly bottle does exactly what it says on the tin...........drinks do really keep ice cold for the whole day. The only reason I have given this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the first bottle arrived dented and damaged, however I got in touch immediately and they sent out a replacement immediately. Good company”

“Ich bin mir sicher, dass die Flasche unter Laborbedingungen den Inhalt für 24 Stunden kalt hält (wobei 'kalt' natürlich Definitionssache ist). Aber das Leben findet halt nicht im Labor statt ;) Für ein paar Stunden hält die Flasche den Inhalt aber wirklich kalt und das reicht mir.”

“Keep liquids really cold, even when left in a hot car which is great news for my dog. Only negative comment is the pastel colours mark easily. Wish I had bought 3 original bottles and not 2 pastels, the original in black is very robust!”
