“Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe bei Ihnen am 05.07.2017 eine rote Chillybottles bestellt. Das Produkt wurde per PayPal von mir direkt bezahlt. Nachdem bis Anfang August kein Produkt bei mir angekommen war - und ich auch keine Versandnachricht erhalten habe - habe ich den Käuferschutz von PayPal eingesetzt und um Klärung gebeten. Der Kaufvertrag wurde rückabgewickelt. Ich habe den Betrag von PayPal erstattet bekommen. Nun bin ich äußerst überrascht, den bestellten Artikel am 18.08.2017 nun doch erhalten zu haben. Bitte teilemn Sie mir mit, wie wir nun verfahren wollen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Brigitte Körbler”

“Ho recentemente acquistato due chilly's bottles e sono molto soddisfatto. Mantengono effettivamente la temperatura come descritto sulla confezione. A breve avrò comunque modo di sperimentare l'efficacia durante un cammino sulla via Francigena. Come prima impressione il prodotto, che è arrivato con un'ottimo imballo, si presenta bene ed i colori sono molto accattivanti.”

“I live in Spain and need cool/ cold water in the summer and chilles deliver it to the next day haven't tried the hot function but I am sure it will work fine , chilly need to expand and use their branding and add neoprene jackets holders, caps baseball caps magnets etc , these bottles don't come cheap so we need a 500 and 750 ml jacket urgently to keep them pristine and add even more time also a bike holder would be good.”

“I bought the pineapple print from the Tropical range, and the bottle looks exactly as I expected from the pictures online. I've only had it for a month so I can say so far I am mostly happy. It doesn't leak and the water doesn't become hot if the bottle is left somewhere warm. However, it definitely doesn't stay fridge-cold for even the 8 hours I leave it by my bed when I am asleep. Maybe adding ice cubes would help with this. I also have to transport it in my bag in the sleeve it came in, as it gets scratched really easily.”
