“They do exactly what you say they do,only use for cold drinks but the chilly bottle keeps liquid cold for 24 hours”

“The order arrived within a few days. But it had a large dent in the bottle. I returned it last Friday, recorded delivery and have heard absolutely nothing. Please sort out your customer service! And send a replacement, this was a birthday present,”

“Not sure I am happy, was bought as a present so I haven't used it but the box was damaged as the postal packaging didn't protect it. Handle of bottle brush was also slightly damaged for same reason- not great when giving as a gift??”

“I haven't used the bottle yet as it was bought as a gift but it looks great although It's bigger than I thought. Delivery was yuck and the item was well packaged.”

“I brought this as I hate drinking warm water, I will buy bottle after plastic bottle of water and throw them away when they get warm, so the Chilly's bottle has def helped me to drink more and save the plastic recycling pile, however, it does not stay cold for 24hrs, By the next day the water is warm. To be fair, I wouldn't prob drink the water the next day anyway, but it doesn't keep it cold for 24hrs.”

“Hi unfortunately i have not received my Chilly's Bottle as i was informed it has been lost by the courier, i am hoping to receive it next week. I would say that it took four days for the courier to get back to your team, which i was surprised about, so when i finally receive it i can send you a review.”

“Keep warm beverages warm about 12 hours and keep cold beverages cold. Elegant and fits really well in my backpack. Perfect to bring to school and have a warm soup for lunch.”

“We had to go to Cornwall for the day and took our Chilly bottle with us with milk inside so we could make a cup of tea. We didn't use the milk that day, instead my Husband used it on his breakfast the next day. The milk was as fresh as if it had just come out of the fridge. Brilliant.”
